When Cyprus needed clarity, the network became public infrastructure.
During COVID-19, Oleg created a coordinated Russian-language information system: daily updates, a web mirror, a manually maintained testing map, radio broadcasts and direct answers to individual questions.
The result was not simply an audience. It was a working layer of support for residents, visitors, families and organisations navigating a fast-moving crisis.
